The Opal team is passionate about sourcing the best products while maintaining the natural flavors of the ingredients by keeping the preparation simple, so the vibrant flavors can shine through.
A globally inspired menu, Chef uses spices and techniques influenced by cultures including Asian, European, and South American.

Guests order one main from the menu and allow the Chef to curate a multiple course meal for the table. Some of these courses will be shared family-style, so
participation from the entire table is requested.
